Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια να περιγράψει κανείς αυτή την απίστευτη φιλοξενία από αυτούς τους 2 καταπληκτικούς ανθρώπους, που δίνουν και την ψυχή τους, στην Νικολέτα που είναι η ψυχή του ξενοδοχείου, από το πρωί μέχρι το βράδυ, με απίστευτη προθυμία, να εξυπηρετήσει τους πάντες, και να σου πει μία γλυκεία καλημέρα το πρωί και όχι μόνο, με χαμόγελο, και τον Γιώργο, που είναι άγρυπνος φρουρός όλο το βράδυ σε ότι χρειαστεί ο καθένας μέχρι και την επομένη μέρα να σου πει μια καλημέρα και να σου κάνει έναν καταπληκτικό μερακλίδικο καφέ που όπως μόνο αυτός ξέρει.
